Thai-Inspired Guacamole

Savory, spicy, and citrusy

Yields ~2 cups

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Thai basil & cilantro to taste - couple Tb of each
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 Thai chili, minced
  • potsticker wrappers (as many as you want for scooping)
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Juice of one lime

1.  Brush both sides of the pot sticker wrappers with a small amount of vegetable oil and place under broiler until bubbly and golden brown. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.

 

2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mash. Garnish with Thai basil flowers if desired!
