Thai-Inspired Guacamole
Savory, spicy, and citrusy
Yields ~2 cups
- 2 avocados
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Thai basil & cilantro to taste - couple Tb of each
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper
- 1 Thai chili, minced
- potsticker wrappers (as many as you want for scooping)
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Juice of one lime
1. Brush both sides of the pot sticker wrappers with a small amount of vegetable oil and place under broiler until bubbly and golden brown. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.
2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mash. Garnish with Thai basil flowers if desired!
