New Series: Dinner Team Ups

One of my good neighborhood buds and I are teaming up semi-regularly to make dinner, and we think we've churned out some pretty fun stuff so far. We'll try to share some of the successes (and creative failures), and occasionally how-tos for recreating!

Asian-Inspired Tostada Night!

Sake funk-marinated and seared pork chops, quick pickled carrot and daikon, "guac", green onions, lime, smashed gochujang cucumber salad, enokitake mushrooms, and broiled wonton wrappers. Recipes to come for this one!
