Lemon Goat Cheese Tartlets
These zingy tartlets take less than 15 minutes to put together. Party approved!
Ingredients
- ~3.5 oz soft goat cheese
- 2 Tb lemon curd
- 15-20 phyllo shells
- pinch of salt
- pomegranate molasses
- zest of one lemon
Protocol
- Prepare shells according to package instructions for cold filling.
- Thoroughly whip goat cheese, lemon curd, and salt in a small bowl. This step can be done a day ahead and refrigerated overnight.
- Spoon ~1.25 tsp of mixture into each room temperature shell.
- Using a toothpick or chopstick, place 3 dots of pomegranate molasses on the surface of the lemon goat cheese mixture.
- Place a pinch of lemon zest on top of each shell, and serve!
