Sweet, Spice, and Everything Nice

A zesty and refreshing bourbon cocktail for summer sipping.

 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 peach slices
  • 0.5-0.75 tsp jalapeño simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz bourbon (or rye)
  • tonic water
  • ice
  • jalapeño slices for garnish

Protocol

  1. Use your hand to crush peach slices into the bottom of a rocks glass.
  2. Add simple syrup and bourbon, stir thoroughly.
  3. Add ice, then tonic water: stir gently to combine. If you want it extra spicy drizzle on an extra 0.25 tsp of jalapeño simple syrup on top.
  4. Garnish with jalapeño slices and enjoy!
