Sweet, Spice, and Everything Nice
A zesty and refreshing bourbon cocktail for summer sipping.
Ingredients
- 2 peach slices
- 0.5-0.75 tsp jalapeño simple syrup
- 1.5 oz bourbon (or rye)
- tonic water
- ice
- jalapeño slices for garnish
Protocol
- Use your hand to crush peach slices into the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Add simple syrup and bourbon, stir thoroughly.
- Add ice, then tonic water: stir gently to combine. If you want it extra spicy drizzle on an extra 0.25 tsp of jalapeño simple syrup on top.
- Garnish with jalapeño slices and enjoy!
